Sheila Greco
President & Chief Executive Officer

With Sheila’s leadership responsibilities as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sheila Greco Associates, LLC and her active role in the overall growth and success of the company, she places her broad-based skills and experience at the disposal of clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.

As an entrepreneur, she has gained extensive experience in human resources to include, research, recruiting, and competitive intelligence. As a strategic results oriented leader, Sheila has a proven track record of building long-term and solid relationships with clients and candidates.

Prior to launching Sheila Greco Associates in 1989, Sheila spent several years with Goodrich & Sherwood, an executive search company in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut. She began her career as a research associate and quickly climbed through the ranks and ultimately became a Director of Executive Search specializing in consumer packaged goods marketing and sales.

An alumna of Hartwick College, Sheila received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Marketing. She is a member of the National Association of Executive Females, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), SCIP (Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals), Women in Technology International, and participated in many events sponsored by the New York State Olympics. Sheila is also currently Chairperson for the Amsterdam YMCA. She enjoys tennis, golf, jogging, skiing and reading.

Joseph Morse
Chief Operations Officer, Sheila Greco Associates

Joe joined the Sheila Greco Associates team of professionals in 1995 and is currently Chief Operations, Sheila Greco Associates & President, SGA Lists Division.

Throughout Joe’s tenure with the firm he has held such positions as Senior Vice President, Customized Competitive Intelligence (CCI) and Vice President of Sheila Greco Associates’ Industry Research Group. Joe began his career at Sheila Greco Associates as a research associate.

Prior to Sheila Greco Associates, LLC Joe spent approximately two years in market research and sales. He holds an MBA from the State University of Albany (SUNY) and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Plattsburgh.

Joe is an avid golfer and skier.

Dan Getman
Senior Vice President, Sheila Greco Associates, LLC

Mr. Dan Getman, Senior Vice President, Sheila Greco Associates LLC, has been an executive search consultant since 1997. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Assistant Baseball Coach for the College of Saint Rose, while pursuing his MBA. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Sciences from Siena College in Loudonville, New York in 1993.  Dan is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is on the Advisory Board of the US Recruiters Network.

Mr. Getman has conducted over 210 searches for a diverse corporate clientele. He has represented companies in many industries, but has focused on those in Automotive, Manufacturing, Consumer-Packaged Goods, Consulting, Financial Services, Technology and Telecommunications His searches have been for Chief Information Officers, Senior Corporate Officers, Partners, Division Management, and most functional disciplines.

As leader of the recruiting staff at Sheila Greco Associates LLC, Dan’s position requires him to oversee P&L, and to continue to build a powerhouse recruitment organization while reaping the benefits of a tremendous national marketing campaign.

Peter Malamas
Senior Vice President, SGA ExecutiveTracker

Working with SGA since 2004, Peter focused on the creation and launch of the SGA ExecutiveTracker product as well as the continuing growth of ExecutiveTracker division. His experience in online content distribution & business information publishing spans 15 years. He is Founder of Tactical Business Concepts. He also drove significant revenue growth as President at idEXEC, a publisher of proprietary business intelligence, under both Thomson Financial and infoUSA. He was a key team member in the sale of idEXEC to Thomson Financial, as well as the subsequent sale of idEXEC from Thomson to infoUSA.

Peter is a Fundraising Committee member at Habitat for Humanity of Bergen County NJ, and the NJ Executive Networking Group Moderator for NETSHARE.

Tony Carbone
Senior Vice President, Customized Research

As Senior Vice President of Sheila Greco Associates LLC’s Customized Research Business Unit, Tony is responsible for managing the internal staff of 3 distinct research teams. In the position he is also involved with maintaining and building client relationships while expanding the team’s research solutions that help clients with the time saving services. Tony is well known as a thought leader who collaborates with customers, employees and partners to streamline recruiting efforts.  Mr. Carbone, implements procedures to improve productivity and customer service, and defines the responsibilities of each research member, set goals and deadlines. Tony joined the company in June 1996.

Tony earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from Utica College of Syracuse University in 1996. His degree is in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Tony is a member of SHRM and is a Football Coach for children ages 7-12.

Tere Masters
Vice President of Operations/Administrative Operations

Tere Masters joined Sheila Greco Associates LLC in 1997 as an Administrative Assistant/right hand person to Sheila Greco. Since that time Ms. Masters has taken the position of Vice President of Operations/Administrative Operations through several transitional stages. Reporting directly to Sheila Greco, the Administrative Operations brings together many of the departments that provide central services relative to the overall operations and employment at the company. This includes the management of the first–line administrative services staff as well as overseeing the preparation, analysis, negotiation and review of contracts related to the purchase or sales of the company’s services, and supplies. Her job now entails every aspect of her "Office Czar" title.

Tere holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Tere is currently a member of Information Resource Management Association, as well as many other human resource and data management organizations. She is also a Chairperson of Boy Scout Troop 51’s Venture Crew and a committee member for the district.
