Then through using our extensive proprietary database and in-house research staff, our goal is to provide qualified candidates ready to be interviewed within 2-3 weeks.

Our average search process duration is 1 to 3 months from initial contact by the client to an accepted offer. Our acceptance rate for the last three years has averaged 95%. Our policy is to contact each candidate placed every three months to track performance, retention, and career path. Our clients have experienced a 90% retention average rate for the last three year with our placements.
