Founded in 1989 in Amsterdam New York, the
company began as a small group of research professionals
led by Sheila. By 1992, in response to client requests the
company began offering recruiting services, and a few years
later began offering Customized Competitive Intelligence,
once again at the request of the clients. In 2001, the company
